令和６年７月１７日大分県内の家屋解体撤去工事現場において、労働者らに家屋２階床を作業床として鉄骨のガス溶断作業を行わせるに当たり、同作業床が上から約３．３メートルの高さでその端は墜落により労働者に危険をおよぼす恐れのある箇所であり、かつ、同所に囲い等設けることが著しく困難であったのであるから、防網を張り、前記作業員らに要求性能墜落制止用器具を使用させる等墜落による労働者の危険を防止するための措置を講じなければならなかったのに、その措置を講じず、もって労働者が墜落する恐れのある場所にかかる危険を防止するため必要な措置を講じなかった。 この件に関し、同社及び同社の代表取締役は大分簡易裁判所から労働安全衛生法違反として、そ れぞれ罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、令和７年12月17日、その刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当する。
