被処分者は、令和2年12月に、建物の賃貸借契約の貸主代理業務を行った。この業務において、①宅地建物取引業法第35条に定める書面(以下「重要事項説明書」という。)において、本物件上に存する登記された権利について、「根抵当権」と種類のみを記載し、権利の内容を記載しなかった。②重要事項説明書において、契約の解除に関する事項について、中途解約に係る事項のみを記載し、違約解除等に係る事項を記載しなかった。これらのことは、①は、同法第35条第1項第1号に違反し、②は、同項第8号に違反する。
