１ 営業所における専任技術者の追加 当該建設業者は、提出した建設業法第11条第１項の変更届出書及び同条第４項の書面において、同法第17条において準用する同法第11条第１項及び第４項の規定に違反して、技術検定の受検に際し虚偽の実務経験の証明を行うことによって不正に資格（１級土木施工管理技士）を令和２年２月に取得したため土木工事業及びとび・土工工事業について同法第15条第２号イに該当する者ではないＡ氏を、同号イに該当する者であるとの記載をした。 ２ 解体工事業の業種追加 当該建設業者は、提出した建設業法第５条の許可申請書及び同法第６条の書類において、同法第17条において準用する同法第５条及び第６条第１項の規定に違反して、技術検定の受検に際し虚偽の実務経験の証明を行うことによって不正に資格（１級土木施工管理技士）を令和２年２月に取得したため解体工事業について同法第15条第２号イに該当する者ではないＡ氏を、同号イに該当する者であるとの記載をした。
