（株）ライムイシモトは、長崎県発注工事「長崎魚市場西棟４期建設工事（２工区）」に関して、２次下請けの立場で工事を施工したとして、経営事項等評価申請書に完工高を計上し審査を受けた。 しかし、関係各社の営業所調査において、（株）ライムイシモトの工事施工実績はないと回答を受け、（株）ライムイシモトへ営業所調査を実施したが、工事を施工したことを証する書類は提出されなかった。よって、当該工事に関しては完工高に計上してはならず、経営事項等評価申請において、水増しした完成工事高で虚偽の申請を行っていたことを確認した。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第２号に該当し、監督処分の対象となる。
