令和４年２月１２日、石川県羽咋市兵庫町申９番地１０の建設現場において、住宅１階屋根を作業床として同住宅屋根瓦積み直し作業を行わせるにあたり、同屋根が高さ３．３メートルあって、その端からの墜落により労働者に危険を及ぼすおそれがあり、かつ同屋根の端に手すり等墜落防止措置を講じることが容易であったのに、その措置を講じず、もって労働者が墜落するおそれのある場所に係る危険を防止するために必要な措置を講じなかったもの。 杉本瓦工業（株）及び同社の営業社員は令和４年７月１５日に書類送検され、同年１０月２８日、法人に対し罰 金２０万円、同社の営業社員に対し罰金２０万円の七尾簡易裁判所判決が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
