令和８年２月２６日に貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和８年４月２３日までに報告されたい。記１．単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第５条に基づく始業点検及び適合確認検査において、以下の項目の成績を記録していないことを確認した。（１）始業点検・・・・・「保安設備」（２）適合確認検査・・・「転落防止用ネットの状態の良否」よって、単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第８条に基づき点検及び検査の成績を確実に記録し保存するよう、整備細則との整合を図ったうえ、記録簿及び管理体制の見直しを図るなど必要な措置を講ずること。２．単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第５条に基づく適合確認検査において、緊張台車の移動状態、移動量の良否の判定が適切に行われていないことを確認した。よって、同細則第５条に基づく適合確認検査を確実に実施し、施設を適切に維持・管理できるよう必要な措置を講ずること。以上【北海道運輸局】
