(有)大洋建設は、令和５年１月30 日の沖縄県うるま市における建築工事現場において、移動式クレーンを用いてコンクリートブロックをつり上げる作業を行わせるにあたり、移動式クレーンの転倒等による労働者の危険を防止するため、あらかじめ移動式クレーンによる作業の方法、移動式クレーンの転倒を防止するための方法、移動式クレーンによる作業に係る労働者の配置及び指揮の系統を定めなければならないのに、これを定めずに同作業を行わせ、もって、機械等による危険を防止するための必要な措置を講じなかったとして、令和６年５月28日、沖縄簡易裁判所より、罰金20 万円（役員）、及び罰金20万円（個人）の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第28 条第１項第３号の規定に該当すると認められる。
