Specifically, the company created false documents indicating it had ceased operations, despite ongoing business activities, and received a total of approximately 35,861,141 yen in subsidies. The company also falsely claimed to have taken leave to receive additional subsidies, totaling 508,041 yen, despite continuing business operations such as franchise activities, life insurance, and property insurance. The violations involved submitting false documentation to claim subsidies without actual cessation of business activities.
