Kyowa Sangyo Co., Ltd. was instructed by Gunma Prefecture for violations of the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act. The violations included not registering the property sale with the designated distribution system, failing to report the status of transactions to clients at least once a week, and posting advertisements online after the termination of the exclusive agency contract, despite the property being in a state where transactions could not be conducted. These actions contravene Articles 32 and 34-2, Paragraphs 5 and 9, of the Act, and fall under Article 65, Paragraph 1, of the same Act. The instruction was issued on March 27, 2026.
