第 １５７０ 号 令和７年１０月１７日金曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告資本金の額の減少公告page="0030"　当社は、資本金の額を二千六百七十二万二千八百円減少することにいたしました。　なお、資本金の額の減少の効力が生ずる日までに、当社が発行している新株予約権の全部または一部が行使された場合及び新株式が発行された場合には、当該権利行使に伴う株式発行及び新株式が発行されることにより増加する資本金の額と同額分を合わせて減少することにいたしました。　この決定に対し異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　なお、最終貸借対照表の開示状況は次のとおりです。　金融商品取引法による有価証券報告書提出済。　令和七年十月十七日東京都中央区日本橋本町三丁目八番三号日本橋ライフサイエンスビルディング三株式会社ＥＬＥＭＥＮＴＳ　代表取締役社長　長谷川敬起　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
