第 １３６７ 号 令和６年１２月１３日金曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告合併公告 page="0030"　左記組合は合併して甲は乙の権利義務全部を承継して存続し、乙は解散することにいたしました。効力発生日は令和七年四月一日であり、各組合の総会の承認決議は令和六年十一月二十五日に終了しております。　この合併に対し異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　なお、甲、乙の直近の財産目録及び貸借対照表は、当該組合の主たる事務所に備え置いてあります。以上、中小企業等協同組合法第六十三条の四第四項及び同法第六十三条の五第六項において準用する同法第五十六条の二の規程により公告します。　令和六年十二月十三日島根県出雲市高松町五七〇　（甲）　出雲酒販協同組合　代表理事　馬庭　泰人　島根県松江市母衣町四十六番地　（乙）　松江酒販協同組合　代表理事　錦織　正明　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
