第 １４２１ 号 令和７年３月１１日火曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告新設分割公告page="0031"　当社は、新設分割により新設するジュピター１合同会社（住所東京都港区赤坂二丁目一四番五号）に対して当社が令和六年六月二十六日付で締結したAMENDED AND RESTATED TOKUMEI KUMIAI AGREEMENT（Jupiter_Kichisawa Project）（その後の変更を含みます。）に基づきその営業者である吉沢太陽光発電所合同会社に対して匿名組合出資を行う事業に関する権利義務を承継させることにいたしました。　当社の総社員の同意は令和七年四月十一日に予定しております。　この会社分割に異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　令和七年三月十一日東京都港区赤坂二丁目一四番五号ジュピター合同会社　代表社員　ジュピター一般社団法人　職務執行者　新田　千晶　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
