第 １４９５ 号 令和７年６月２７日金曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告準備金の額の減少公告 page="0030"　当社は、令和七年六月三十日を効力発生日とする株式会社神山設計との株式交換（以下「本株式交換」）により資本準備金の額が増加することを条件として、資本準備金の額について、本株式交換による資本準備金の額を減少することにいたしました。この決定に対し異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　なお、当社の確定した最終事業年度はありません。　令和七年六月二十七日群馬県前橋市城東町四丁目二番一八号株式会社神山ホールディングス　代表取締役　田中　伊織　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
