The company, in collusion with senior contractor employee B and former director C, concealed the incident and did not submit a worker injury report to the Nara Labor Standards Inspection Office. As a result,旭ビルド was penalized for violating the Industrial Safety and Health Act (Law No. 57 of 1972) with a fine of 100,000 yen, which was finalized on November 22, 2023.
