第 １４９６ 号 令和７年６月３０日月曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告合併公告 page="0029"　当社（甲）は、合併により日新火災総合サービス株式会社（乙、住所東京都千代田区神田駿河台二丁目三番地）の権利義務全部を承継して存続し乙は解散することにいたしました。 一、効力発生日は令和七年九月一日であり、甲の株主総会の承認決議は令和七年七月一日を予定しており、乙は会社法第七八四条第一項に基づき株主総会の承認決議を経ずに合併を予定しております。 二、合併後存続する保険会社等の資本金の額　甲の資本金の額は、百一億九千四百八十二万二百十三円となります。三、合併後消滅する株式会社の株主に対する金銭等の割当て又は新株予約権者に対する新株予約権若しくは金銭の割当て　株主及び新株予約権者に対する割当ては、ありません。四、合併後消滅する保険業を営む株式会社の保険契約者に関する事項　乙は保険業を営む株式会社ではなく、該当事項はありません。 　この合併に対し異議のある保険契約者その他の債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　なお、最終貸借対照表の開示状況は次のとおりです。 （甲）https://www.nisshinfire.co.jp（乙）https://www.nisshinfire.co.jp/　令和七年六月三十日東京都千代田区神田駿河台二丁目三番地日新火災海上保険株式会社　代表取締役　織山　　晋　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
