The company, Lifesupport Co., Ltd., was issued an instruction by the Chubu Regional Development Bureau for violations of the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Law. The violations include: (1) failing to submit a change notification as required by Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the law, after the designated real estate transaction agent at the main office, established on February 1, 2022, no longer met the full-time employment requirement due to a change in employment status as of March 1, 2022; (2) failing to meet the required number of designated agents at the main office and Osaka branch since December 16, 2019, the license date, and at the Fukuoka and Kumamoto branches established after the license date, with these offices being in the same state of non-compliance after their respective establishment dates (September 16, 2022, and July 18, 2024), except for the period from February 1 to February 28, 2022, at the main office. Additionally, the company did not take the necessary measures stipulated in Article 31-3, Paragraph 3 of the law at these four offices. These actions violate Article 9, Paragraph 1, and Article 31-3, Paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Law.
