号外第 １７０ 号 令和７年７月２５日金曜日 官　報 （号　　外） 公　　告 会社その他の公告割賦販売法の改正に伴う営業保証金取戻し公告page="0077"　割賦販売法の一部を改正する法律附則第五条第三項の規定による営業保証金の取戻し等に関する省令第一条の規定により次のとおり公告します。一、名称及び代表者の氏名並びに主たる営業所の名称及び所在地　　名称　株式会社アプラス　　代表者の氏名　代表取締役　嶋田　貴之　　主たる営業所の名称及び所在地　東京本部　東京都中央区日本橋室町二丁目四番三号二、登録の年月日　　登録の年月日　平成二十二年三月八日三、営業保証金の額　　営業保証金の額　金八十五万円四、割賦販売法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十八年法律第九十九号。以下「改正法」という。）の施行前に、前号の営業保証金につき改正法による改正前の割賦販売法（昭和三十六年法律第百五十九号。以下「旧法」という。）第三十五条の三において準用する旧法第二十一条第一項の権利を有していた者は、本公告掲載の翌日から六箇月以内に、その債権の額、債権発生の原因たる事実並びに住所及び氏名又は名称を記載した申出書三通を関東経済産業局長に提出してください。五、前号の申出書の提出がないときは、第三号の営業保証金は取戻されます。令和七年七月二十五日大阪市浪速区湊町一丁目二番三号株式会社アプラス　代表取締役　嶋田　貴之　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
