第 １４９９ 号 令和７年７月３日木曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告権利義務承継公告page="0032"　ぐんま酪農業協同組合（甲）及び群馬県牛乳販売農業協同組合連合会（乙）は、甲は令和七年六月三十日、乙は同六月二十七日にそれぞれ通常総会を開催し、農業協同組合法第七十条の規定に基づき、乙の権利義務一切を甲が承継して、乙は解散することを決議しました。　この決議に異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から一箇月以内にお申し出下さい。期限までに申し出がない場合は異議なきものとみなしますのでご了承願います。　以上、農業協同組合法第七十条第二項及び第六十五条第四項で準用する同法第四十九条第二項の規定により公告します。　なお、同条項が規定する貸借対照表は、甲、乙それぞれの主たる事務所に備えております。　令和七年七月三日群馬県前橋市二之宮町一四四八番地　（甲）　ぐんま酪農業協同組合　代表理事組合長　小林　幹男　群馬県前橋市二之宮町一四四八番地　（乙）　群馬県牛乳販売農業協同組合連合会　代表理事会長　林　　康夫　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
