第 １６３３ 号 令和８年１月２６日月曜日 官　報 （本　　紙） 公　　告 会社その他の公告資本金の額の減少公告 page="0030"　当社は、社員の退社により資本金の額を百万円減少することにいたしました。　また、今回の退社に伴う持分払戻額十九億三千三百九十八万四千円のうち、会社法第六三五条に定める剰余金額を超える額は五億二千百七十三万一千七百四十円となります。　この決定に対し異議のある債権者は、本公告掲載の翌日から二箇月以内にお申し出下さい。　令和八年一月二十六日東京都港区海岸一丁目五番二〇号山口由宇太陽光発電合同会社　代表社員　プロミネットパワー株式会社　職務執行者　伊藤　英臣　©2010独立行政法人国立印刷局/National Printing Bureau.
