関東経済産業局は、電気の小売供給役務を提供する電話勧誘販売業者である株式会社イーエムアイ(東京都新宿区)に対し、令和2年4月27日、特定商取引に関する法律(以下「特定商取引法」といいます。)第23条第1項の規定に基づき、令和2年4月28日から令和3年1月27日までの9か月間、電話勧誘販売に関する業務の一部(勧誘、申込受付及び契約締結)を停止するよう命じました。
