神奈川助成金センター不正受給に関与した事業主等が行った不正の行為の内容雇用調整助成金対象者について、実際には、就労している日があるにもかかわらず休業したとする虚偽の出勤簿を作成し、申請を行い、不正に助成金を受給したもの。実際には休業の実態がないにもかかわらず休業を行ったとする虚偽の申請を行ったもの。
