ジェイテクトは、下請代金を下請事業者の金融機関口座に振り込む際の振込手数料を下請事業者の負担とすることを書面で合意していたが、令和４年１２月から令和６年１１月までの間、ジェイテクトが実際に金融機関に支払う振込手数料を超える額を下請代金の額から差し引くことにより、下請代金の額を減じていた。
