Ｏｌｙｍｐｉｃは、資本金の額が１０００万円以下の法人たる事業者に対し、自社が販売する食料品等の製造又は利用者から請け負う時計の修理を委託している。 令和５年５月から令和７年４月までの間、次のア及びイの額を下請代金の額から差し引くことにより、下請代金の額を減じていた。 減額した金額は、総額１７２７万５５３０円である。
