琉球ＹＫＫＡＰ工業は、金型等③の引取り又は廃棄を希望する場合は申出の上、承諾を得るよう求めていたにもかかわらず、遅くとも令和６年５月１０日から令和８年１月３０日までの間、金型等③を用いて製造する本件製品等③の発注を長期間行わないにもかかわらず、金型等③を無償で保管させた。
