ウェブサイト及びSNS上で金融商品取引業を行う旨を表示したもの 当該業者は、ウェブサイト及びSNS上で「有価証券の募集の取扱いを行う」旨の表示をしていた。 また、ウェブサイト上で、「会社名：Qube Research & Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd.」、「登録番号：関東財務局 関東財務局長（高速）第84号」などと表示し、登録を受けた高速取引行為者の商号等を詐称していた。 なお、高速取引行為者はIPO銘柄の配分に関与できないにもかかわらず、IPO銘柄の配分に関与している旨の虚偽の説明を行っていた。
