協成電気株式会社は、元請として請け負った千葉県袖ヶ浦市における電気設備工事において、令和５年３月３０日、休業４日以上の労働災害が発生したにもかかわらず、労働者死傷病報告書を所轄労働基準監督署長に提出しなかった。 この件について、遅滞なく法令の定める報告をしなかったとして、同社及び同社の千葉営業所長１名は、令和７年８月２９日付けで労働安全衛生法違反により、木更津簡易裁判所からそれぞれ罰金刑（２０万円）の略式命令を受け、その刑が確定している。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
