渡部建設株式会社の役員は、令和２年５月18日、雨竜郡沼田町字旭町15番２「渡部建設株式会社敷地内」において、廃棄物であるベニヤ板等合計約10.8キログラムを焼却した。 このことにより、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律違反として、深川簡易裁判所から罰金30万円の略式命令を受け、刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
