弥永建設有限会社の元代表取締役及び元取締役は、福岡県久留米市発注の道路修繕工事に関し、同市元職員に対し、有利かつ便宜な取り計らいを受ける見返りとして、無利子、無担保で170万円を貸与したことによる贈賄の疑いで、令和4年10月19日、元取締役が逮捕、令和4年11月9日、元代表取締役が在宅起訴され、令和5年1月10日、佐賀地方裁判所より、元代表取締役が懲役8か月（執行猶予3年）、元取締役が懲役10か月（執行猶予3年）の有罪判決を受け、令和5年1月25日、その刑が確定した。
