依頼者と締結した専属専任媒介契約について、 ①媒介契約書に、建物状況調査を実施する者のあっせんに関する事項について記載がない。 ②媒介契約書に、国土交通大臣の定める標準媒介契約約款に基づくものであるか否かの別について記載がない。 ③依頼者から契約の更新に係る申出がないにもかかわらず、契約を更新した。 ④契約の目的物である土地建物について、契約締結の日から5日以内に、指定流通機構に登録をしていない。 ⑤契約の目的物である土地建物について、指定流通機構に登録したことを証する書面を依頼人に引き渡していない。 ⑥依頼人に対し、契約に係る業務の処理状況を1週間に1回以上、報告していない。
