株式会社福地工業は、令和６年７月２４日に、事業場内において、、金属をアーク溶接する作業を行わせていた労働者２名に対し、有効な呼吸用保護具を使用させていなかった。このことにより、労働安全衛生法第２２条第１号、粉じん障害防止規則第２７条第１項違反で法人に対し、罰金２０万円（令和７年３月７日）、代表者に対し、罰金２０万円（令和７年３月８日）の判決を受け、刑が確定した。このことは、建設業法第２８条１項第３号に該当する。
