株式会社鈴民建設の代表取締役は、その業務全般を統括掌理し、同会社の官公庁に対する各種報告・届出等の業務を担当する者であるが、当該代表取締役は同会社の業務に関し、令和４年１月１０日、福島県いわき市三和町下市萱字堀ノ内６４－１に所在する同会社所有の土場において、労働者が車両積載形トラッククレーンを使用してコンクリートブロックをつり上げる作業に従事中、加療約２か月を要する左示指末節骨骨折、左中指末節骨骨折、左環指末節骨骨折、左示指中節骨骨折及び左中指中節骨骨折等の負傷をし、４日以上休業したにもかかわらず、遅滞なく、所轄のいわき労働基準監督署長に対し、労働者死傷病報告書を提出しなかった。 これにより令和４年１２月２２日付けで株式会社鈴民建設及び代表取締役へそれぞれ罰金200,000円の刑が確定したもの
