廣信建設興業株式会社の専務取締役は、令和７年５月、浦河町職員に対し、公共工事の予定価格の教示を受けた謝礼などの趣旨の下に合計約９万円相当の賄賂を供与した。 このことにより、令和８年２月４日、札幌簡易裁判所において、刑法第198条の贈賄罪により罰金30万円の略式命令を受け、同日に刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
