冨田電気通信株式会社は、平成31年２月28日、令和２年２月29日及び令和３年２月28日の審査基準日において、兼業の売上げを完成工事高に含めて計上したほか、受注した工事業種とは異なった業種に完成工事高を計上するなど、誤った完成工事高により経営事項審査を受けるとともに、その申請に基づき得られた結果通知書をもって、令和２年度及び令和３年度の京都府建設工事競争入札参加資格申請を行った。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項第２号に該当すると認められ、監督処分の対象となる。
