令和５年２月７日から２月８日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。 講じた措置については、令和５年５月２６日までに報告されたい。 記 以下の事項の改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明した上で、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。 １． 第１リフト、第２リフト及び第３リフトにおいて、単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第４条で使用期間の通算が１月ごとに行うことと規定されている検査（以下、「１月検査」という。）について、以下（１）及び（２）の事実を確認した。 （１）令和元年度、２年度及び３年度は各年度１回のみの検査の実施となっており、毎月実施していないこと。また、令和４年度は令和５年１月分を実施していないこと。 （２）令和元年度、２年度及び３年度の検査記録簿について、単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第８条において定められる検査の実施年月日の記録が記載されていないこと。 よって、速やかに未実施の検査を実施するととともに、適切に記録すること。また、１月検査が確実に実施される体制を構築すること。 【関東運輸局】
