迫田興業有限会社は、令和2年4月15日、同社が請け負った宮崎市内の病院建設工事現場において、コンクリートポンプ車を用いてコンクリート圧送作業を行うに当たり、転倒及びブーム、アーム等の作業装置の破壊により労働者に危険を及ぼすおそれがあったにもかかわらず、その構造上定められたコンクリートポンプ車のブームに連結できる先端ホースの長さ及び連結本数を守らず同作業を行い、もって、機械による労働者の危険を防止するために必要な措置を講じなかった。 この件について、同社及び代表取締役は、労働安全衛生法違反により、宮崎簡易裁判所からそれぞれ罰金30万円の判決を受け、令和5年3月25日に刑が確定した。
