有限会社髙橋機設工業は、令和２年１月２９日、札幌東労働基準監督署長に対し、同法人の労働者が、令和元年１２月２５日、北海道札幌市白石区の工事現場で負傷し、翌日から４日以上休業したのに、｢令和元年１２月２５日、北海道札幌市東区所在の同会社工場にて、負傷をした｣旨の虚偽の労働者死傷病報告書を提出した。 このことにより、労働安全衛生法第１００条第１項及び労働安全衛生規則第９７条第１項に基づき、札幌簡易裁判所において、同法人及び同法人従業員が罰金刑に処せられ、令和３年６月９日にその刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
