有限会社タムラ造園土木は、令和５年３月２０日に、多野郡神流町大字万場地内の城山山林立木等伐採委託現場において、現場作業員が立木の伐木作業中に、かかり木が倒れ、労働者１名が下敷きになり死亡する事故を発生させた。 このことにより、同社は、藤岡労働基準監督署から労働安全衛生法第21条第２項及び労働安全衛生規則第478条第１号違反により送検され、藤岡簡易裁判所において罰金３０万円の判決を受け、令和５年１２月１２日に同判決が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものであり、同条同項に基づき指示処分とするもの。
