株式会社奥村組が履行した九州地方整備局発注の「北九州航空基地（Ｒ４）建築 その他工事」において、建物本体鉄骨柱の基礎コンクリートに埋込施工されたアン カーボルトの位置に、限界許容差(-5mm≦e≦+5mm)を超える施工誤差が生じた。そ の結果、修正設計及び残工事での対応が必要となり、契約工期末である令和６年３ 月２７日までに工事を完成させることが出来なかったものである。これにより、本 工事で整備され、第七管区海上保安本部北九州航空基地、海上保安学校宮城分校北 九州航空研修センターが管理・使用する建物の供用開始に遅れが生じたほか、別途 契約の関連工事・業務も工期延期することとなった。なお、本工事は令和６年９月 ２７日に完成している。
