京都府内の建築物について、株式会社川又建築設計事務所（大阪府知事登録（チ）第12061号）の業務に関し、設計者として、建築基準法（昭和25年法律第201号）第40条及び同法第43条第３項に基づく京都市建築基準条例（平成13年４月５日条例第１号）第32条の規定に違反する設計（都市計画区域内において、交差点の側端から７ｍ以内の道路に接する場所（ただし、別に定める基準に適合するものは交差点の側端から５ｍ以内の道路に接する場所）に自動車車庫等の自動車の出入口を設けてはならないにもかかわらず、これに適合しない設計）を行った。
