富山県内の建築物（２物件）について、見津庄二設計室（富山県知事登録第(5)1132号）の業務に関し、上記２物件のうちの１物件（建築確認：平成28年７月）について、代理者及び工事監理者として、建築基準法（昭和25年法律第201号）第６条第１項の規定に基づき、建築工事の着手前に、建築確認を受け、確認済証の交付を受けなければならないにもかかわらず、無確認で建築工事が行われることを容認した。また、上記のうちの１物件（建築確認：平成28年12月）について、工事監理者として、建築士法（昭和25年法律第202号）第20条第３項及び建築士法施行規則（昭和25年建設省令第38号）第17条の15の規定に基づき、工事監理を終了したときは、直ちに、その結果を工事監理報告書で建築主に報告しなければならないにもかかわらず、これを行わなかった。
