株式会社阿部建設は、令和３年６月 22 日、札幌東労働基準監督署長に対し、同法人の労働者が、令和３年６月 17 日、石狩郡新篠津村の工事現場で負傷し、翌日から４日以上休業したのに、「令和３年６月 17 日、会社の倉庫にて怪我をした。」旨の虚偽の労働者死傷病報告書を提出したものである。 このことにより、労働安全衛生法第 100 条第１項及び労働安全衛生規則第 97 条第１項に基づき、札幌簡易裁判所において、同法人及び同法人役員が罰金刑に処せられ、刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
