（株）春本工業の元代表取締役は、佐々町発注工事（電気工事）の指名競争入札において、同社が落札できるよう同町元町長から（株）堀内組元従業員を経由して最低制限価格に近い価格を教示してもらい落札した。これにより、令和７年７月１４日に長崎地方裁判所において、刑法第９６条の６第１項、第６０条により懲役１年、執行猶予３年の判決を受け、令和７年７月２９日にその刑が確定した。 このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当すると認められる。
