建設業法等の一部を改正する法律（平成26年法律第55号）による解体工事業の新設に伴い設けられていた同法施行前のとび・土工工事業の技術者に対して令和３年６月30日までに限り解体工事業の技術者とみなすこととする経過措置が終了したため、同日を経過した時点において建設業法第７条第２号に掲げる基準を満たさなくなった。
