令和５年１１月２３日、株式会社トクバンの労働者が、他社の敷地内におけるダクトの解体・設置工事の作業中に、脚立から落下し傷害を負い、４日以上の休業を要した。そのため、同工事の現場責任者である株式会社トクバンの元取締役（傷害発生時は、取締役）は、遅滞なく労働者死傷病報告書を徳島労働基準監督署長に提出しなければならないのに、令和６年１２月２２日まで同報告書を提出せず、遅滞なく法令で定める報告を行わなかった。 これにより、会社及び元取締役が労働安全衛生法違反により罰金刑の略式命令を受け、令和７年１２月３日、会社に、令和７年１２月４日、元取締役に、その刑が確定した。
