専任の宅地建物取引士設置について、令和3年6月29日から計3回にわたり、法第72条第1項に基づく報告を求めたが、正当な理由なく報告命令に従わなかったため、令和4年2月25日から3月11日にかけて15日間の業務停止処分を受けた。その後も令和4年11月9日から計4回にわたり、法第72条第1項に基づく報告を求めたが、正当な理由なく報告命令に従わなかった。 このことは、法第72条第1項の規定に違反し、法第65条第2項第4号の規定に該当するところ、被処分者が業務停止処分後も同様の違反を繰り返したことは、情状が特に重いため、法第66条第1項第9号に該当する。
