専任の宅地建物取引士設置について、令和３年６月29日から計３回にわたり、法第72条第１項に基づく報告を求めたが、正当な理由なく報告命令に従わなかったため、令和４年２月25日から３月11日にかけて15日間の業務停止処分を受けた。その後も令和４年11月９日から計４回にわたり、法第72条第１項に基づく報告を求めたが、正当な理由なく報告命令に従わなかった。 このことは、法第72条第１項の規定に違反し、法第65条第２項第４号の規定に該当するところ、被処分者が業務停止処分後も同様の違反を繰り返したことは、情状が特に重いため、法第66条第１項第９号に該当する。
