伐木現場で労働者１名が伐木作業中に負傷し、４日以上の休業となったが沼田労働基準監督署長に対し、遅滞なく労働者死傷病報告（様式第２３号）を提出しなかった。 このことにより、同社及び違反事実発生当時の代表取締役の両名は労働安全衛生法及び労働安全衛生規則違反により、沼田簡易裁判所に書類送検され、それぞれ２０万円の罰金刑の判決を受けて、その判決が令和７年１月７日に確定した。
