草野工業株式会社が、同社の役員について暴力行為等処罰に関する法律（大正１５年法律第６０号）、組織的な犯罪の処罰及び犯罪収益の規制等に関する法律（平成１１年法律第１３６号）及び銃砲刀剣類所持等取締法（昭和３３年法律第６号）違反による懲役４年の刑の執行を終わった日である平成２５年５月３１日から５年を経過しないにもかかわらず、同社及び同社の役員が建設業法第８条各号に掲げる欠格要件に該当しない者であることを誓約する書面を添付して同法第５条の許可申請書を知事に提出したことにより、平成２９年５月１７日に同法第３条第１項の許可を受けたことが確認された。 このことが、建設業法第２９条第１項第７号の規定に該当する。
