サンソン建設株式会社および同社の職長は、福井県越前市内の民間建物解体工事において、同社の労働者であり、同現場の安全管理全般を管理する現場の職長が、機体重量３トン以上の解体用つかみ機（車両系建設機械（解体用））を運転するにあたり、法令の定める車両系建設機械（解体用）の資格を有しないのに、同機械の運転の業務を行った。 このことについて、同社および同社の職長が、福井簡易裁判所から労働安全衛生法違反により、それぞれ罰金刑を受け、令和７年２月２６日にその刑が確定した。
