(有)山進工業は、営業所に常勤して専らその職務に従事すべき技術者を、令和３年１月から同年３月までの間に施工した工場鉄骨工事において現場に専任でなければならない主任技術者として配置していたこと及び同年４月から同年５月までの間に施工した遠方の工場鉄骨工事においても同じ技術者を配置していたことが、本年７月２５日に受理した事業年度終了報告において確認された。 このことは、建設業法第７条第２号及び第２６条第３項の規定に違反するため、同法第２８条第１項に基づき指示処分とする。
