令和６年３月６日付けで北海道開発局と契約締結した「札幌公共職業安定所外構改修２３建築その他工事」については、国が発注する請負金額八千万円以上（建築一式工事）の工事であることから、建設業法第26条第３項及び建設業法施行令第27条により、工事現場ごとに専任の主任技術者を置くこととされているにもかかわらず、営業所における専任の技術者を当該工事の主任技術者として配置した。 このことは、建設業法第28条第１項本文に該当するものである。
